Return & Exchange Policy
At Arthemisclothing, we want you to have peace of mind when you choose to shop with us. We understand that ordering online can be intimidating and we want to make sure you know that we are here to help you from start to finish. We hope you will like your items as much as we do, but understand that in some cases, you may need to contact us to arrange a return. We are here to make it as easy as possible for you.
ARTHEMISCLOTHING REFUND / EXCHANGE GUARANTEE:
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details on how to proceed.
Please note that we cannot process exchanges / replacements or refunds after 40 days. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible.
Arthemisclothing does not refund a product, except in special cases. Exchanges are possible in order to obtain a credit on our shop for the right size or for another product.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
In the unlikely event that your item arrived in an unsatisfactory condition or is damaged upon your arrival, we will fix the problem immediately. In order to solve this problem, you will need to provide us with photos of the problem via our technical support.
Each case is different and, depending on the circumstances and the severity of the damage, we can offer a replacement order / exchange or a full refund. This is left to the discretion of the management team.
Please also note that there may sometimes be a slight disparity in color / shade between the colors of our products on different platforms, for example. Mobile / tablet due to the difference in color and contrast and we aim to present all our products as clearly as possible on our website.
ARTHEMISCLOTHING offers a lifetime warranty on certain products. The warranty is valid only once. A picture of the broken product is required as proof. The costs of shipping are at the expense of the buyer.
RETURN / REFUND OF SHIPPING COSTS:
All refunds are processed for the total amount paid for the item ordered, but please note that shipping charges are non-refundable (9.99 USD fixed for orders). For customized products, a fee of 4.99 USD is not refundable if the artist has drawn your pet.
Please also note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for the return of your item. We do not provide return labels at this time. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Be sure to check your address when you enter your details on our contact information page. If you have entered an incorrect address, moved or need to change the size / style of the product once your order has been shipped and you have received your shipping confirmation, it is unlikely that we can accommodate you and offer you a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error so that we can contact the warehouse.
ORDERS MARKED AS DELIVERED BY A DOMESTIC POSTAL SERVICE:
If a shipment is marked as having been successfully delivered by your country's national postal service (e. g. USPS / Canada Post / AusPost, etc.) to the correct address provided when ordering but has not arrived successfully, this is not refundable by Arthemisclothing. A promotional code or in-store credit may be offered depending on the situation.
CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY
ARTHEMISCLOTHING offers personalized products: personalized necklaces, personalized blankets and pillows and more. These products are custom-made and are not exchangeable or refundable. If the product is broken, you will get another 1.
To cancel an order: this is possible if the order is not being processed. There is a non-refundable fee of 4.99. If the personalized order is being processed and/or shipped, a refund is no longer possible.
